Ancestry Class at The Berkshire Athenaeum – December 11, 2018 at 2 pm.

December 11, 2018:  Tuesday (2:00 pm – 4:00 pm)  Join The Western Mass Roots Events team for a new two hour session entitled “One Family’s History – from 1840 to 1940” using the US Census and Ancestry Library Edition.

In this class, presented by Cathi Iuliano, you will learn how to search for relatives listed on the US Census using the Library Edition of Ancestry. A single family will be traced from 1940 back to 1840, and a sketch of their lives will be constructed using the census and additional documents found on Ancestry. Computer literacy and an email account are required. A personal Ancestry.com account is not necessary to take the class.

Registration is required and seating is limited so please call The Berkshire Athenaeum at 413-499-9486, extension 6, to sign up. You may bring your own laptops for use during class.  There is no charge for this class.
