Free “Talk and Tour” of the Local History Dept of the Berkshire Athenaeum – Saturday, May 18, 2019 – 1:00pm – 3:00pm

Free “Informational Talk and Tour” program on Saturday, May 18, 2019, from 1:00 – 3:00, in the auditorium of the library.  The program is open to the public, so bring a friend or two who might be considering researching their family history.  It is an opportunity to learn about the Berkshire Family History Association and the benefits of membership.  Our guest speaker will be Peter White speaking on “Berkshire County Historical Research and Where it Leads.”  A tour of the library’s Local History and Genealogy department will follow. (Even regular patrons of the library can learn something new!)  Light refreshments will be served and no registration is required.

The Berkshire Family History Association will present a special “Informational Talk and Tour” program on Saturday, October 13, from 1:00 – 3:00, in the auditorium of the Berkshire Athenaeum.
